Super Strawberry Cherry Sports Drink

This natural sport drink is an easy and budget-friendly way to hydrate leading up to a long or hard bike effort. This concoction is designed to maximize electrolyte replenish and provide a simple source of carbs for quick energy.
This is best drank 1 hour prior to a ride or immediately after a ride.
Makes about 40oz and 3-4 servings
Ingredients
2 cups filtered water
2 cups coconut water
1/2 cup tart cherry juice
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lime
5 strawberries, juiced (keep pulp)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a large pitcher of glass measuring cup. Juice strawberries and add pulp to the liquid mixture. Let chill for 30 minutes.
Pour liquid contents through a strainer into a pitcher or another large mason glass. Eat strawberry pulp as a snack
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Drink 12-16oz one hour before a ride or immediatley after a ride.
