1 peach sliced
Lemon juice
1/3 cup rolled oats

1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp dried tart cherries or currants
A sprinkle of coconut sugar
Sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice your peach in half and brush the cut side with lemon juice. Add peach halves to a small baking dish or bowl. Add oats, walnuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, ginger, salt and coconut sugar to a small bowl. Add in maple syrup and apple juice, and stir/toss until oat topping is well combined.
