WeRide 4 Group Ride + Culinary Experience to Support Youth In Need
Biked Goods teamed up with WeRide4 for a Group Gravel Ride + Culinary Experience in Breckenridge, CO.
We Ride 4 is a non-profit cycling club with a mission to create an experience-based cycling community that shares a passion for riding, socializing, and supporting non-profits that benefit children in need.
Their organization supports youth-based organizations that help give more kids a chance to experience healthier lifestyles by engaging them in outdoor fun.
Sales from the group ride and culinary experience helped further WeRide4's mission and is also helping Biked Goods support its youth non-profit partners in Summit County through the Biked Goods Cookie Jar Fund.
We started the day together by enjoying some pre-ride snacks. The Chocolate Sweet Potato Kick Cakes (see recipe below) was a top hit followed by Sweet Potato Mini Muffins with Raspberry Jam.
From there we hit some gravel roads, including the Boreas Pass Rd climb all the way to the top of the pass. And then we made our way back down to some homemade lunch.
Lunch featured Homemade Bitchin’ Sauce, Chickpea Sandwich Spread, Southwest Quinoa Salad, Apple + Green Pepper Salad, and plenty of fresh fruit.
And last but not least, we enjoyed Coconut Trail Cookies, Peanut Butter Banana Pudding with Graham Cracker, and Berry Cashew Cheese Cake to top off our day together. View the entire event menu here.

12 Medjool dates, pitted
2 eggs
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp maple syrup
